2020: A Year-End Message from the Team at MAPS!

MAPS-2021-Blog

It’s hard to believe it, but 2020 is almost over! With that in mind, the team at MAPS Centers For Pain Control wanted to share our thoughts and feelings as 2020 comes to a close.

It’s beyond a doubt that 2020 was one of the most different and challenging years of all. Business closures, layoffs, and lots of uncertainty. We know that the global pandemic impacted everyone including us, our patients, our families, friends, and colleagues.

At MAPS, one of the biggest challenges we faced was learning how we could best help our patients receive the ongoing care they need.

At the same time, this year taught us some very valuable lessons, in particular, the strength and resilience of our community in the face of hardships.

We feel fortunate that we were able to continue providing our patients with the compassion and care they needed, whether through in-person, telephone, or telemedicine appointments. While other patients may feel anxious about returning to the clinic, rest assured that our team at MAPS will always be here for you, to help you get the medical care and attention you need.

Through our enhanced safety protocols, we were able to continue to help provide pain relief to our patients at all clinic locations. We even opened a brand new, state-of-the-art surgery center to provide advanced treatments! Not to mention, we added several new team members, compassionate professionals who keep us moving forward!

We are grateful that we have been able to continue helping and treating patients. In doing this, we have set a new benchmark for excellence and will continue to strive to help more people in pain in the coming year. Nothing will stop us from doing that.

We look forward to 2021 with new hope and knowledge that we can endure anything together, even in the most challenging and darkest of times. Thank you to everyone who supported MAPS!

Happy Holidays, and Happy New Year!
