Jeffrey Steplowski, PA-C
Jeffrey Steplowski is a board-certified Physician Assistant (PA-C). He graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC) with a bachelor’s in Biochemistry and a minor in psychology. After graduation, he continued to research at UIC College of Medicine while getting his Emergency Medical Technician (EMT-B) license. After obtaining his EMT license, he worked as a Trauma Technician in the Emergency Room of Chicago’s Mount Sinai Hospital. As he continued to work as a Trauma Technician, he completed his research at UIC and earned a publication for it.
He then obtained his medical training from Dominican University’s PA Program and graduated at the height of the COVID pandemic. He went on to work as an Urgent and Primary Care Provider, taking care of patients with a wide variety of acute and chronic illnesses and injuries, before finally joining the MAPS team.
With his diverse background and training, Jeffrey uses a well-rounded approach to his patient care. His focus is to achieve the best outcomes for his patients by improving their overall function and quality of life.
In his free time, he likes to go to concerts, play video games and spend time outdoors in nature.
