Daniel Juarez, PA-C
Daniel is a board-certified Physician Assistant (PA-C). He received a Master’s of Medical Science from Charleston Southern University. In addition, Daniel graduated with honors from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a Bachelor’s of Science in Interdisciplinary Health Sciences.
Prior to becoming a PA, Daniel worked as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT-B) for the Kane County Cougars minor league baseball team in their first aid office and for Superior Ambulance on their Critical Transport Team during the COVID pandemic. He was also part of the emergency response team at the University of Illinois athletic events.
Using evidence-based medicine, Daniel uses a well-rounded approach to his patient care. He is committed to making sure that patients not only receive the best individual care, but understand the reasoning for their medical interventions.
In his free time, he enjoys playing golf, video games, watching his Chicago sports teams, and spending time with his wife, friends, and family.
