Billy Hayduk, ND, PA-C, LAPP
Dr. Hayduk is a versatile healthcare professional with a unique combination of qualifications, holding board certifications as a Naturopathic Doctor (ND), Physician Assistant (PA-C), and serving as the Lead Advanced Practice Provider (LAPP) at Midwest Anesthesia and Pain Specialists (MAPS). His extensive background includes three years of chiropractic medicine, a history as a certified personal trainer and boot camp instructor, and active involvement in a nutraceutical company.
Within MAPS, Dr. Hayduk wears many hats, playing a crucial role in various aspects of the practice. He is responsible for training new Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), overseeing scheduling across seven clinics, addressing operational challenges, and contributing to the management team’s strategic decision-making process. His expertise lies in interventional pain management, where he administers treatments such as joint injections and trigger point injections, always emphasizing personalized care to address the root causes of diseases rather than merely alleviating symptoms.
Dr. Hayduk’s commitment to continuous learning is evident through his attendance at numerous seminars on pain management and functional medicine. He has also spoken at different conferences. He has also contributed to the field by publishing multiple articles on exercise and health. His holistic healing approach reflects his belief in treating patients comprehensively, considering both conventional and alternative methods.
Beyond his professional pursuits, Dr. Hayduk has a passion for global health, having undertaken two global health trips to Nicaragua and the Dominican Republic. His love for travel extends to exploring diverse cultures. A fitness enthusiast, he has completed two marathons, numerous half marathons, 10k’s, 5k’s, and other competitive events. Dr. Hayduk maintains a disciplined approach to nutrition in his daily routine. His athletic background includes being a former Division I college wrestler, showcasing his dedication to physical fitness and well-rounded wellness.
